You can check-in online 48 or 72 hours ahead of your flight, depending on your departure airport.

Online check-in enables you to select your favorite seat, choose from our current dietary meal options, or take advantage of any last-minute upgrade options.

However, all customers still need to go to the airport check-in counter so we can verify your documents and issue your boarding pass.

At check-in, we have implemented social distancing rules and we’re using protective antimicrobial screens at the desks at Entebbe International Airport.

All our airport staff wear personal protective equipment (PPE). This is in line with local regulations and for the protection of our employees and guests.

Your journey through the airport

Please arrive at the airport wearing a mask and any other necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) required at your destination.

To minimize physical contact, cabin baggage is limited to items such as a laptop, handbag, briefcase, or essential baby items. All other belongings will need to be checked in. Kindly allocate additional time for your journey to the airport:

  • 4 hours—Get to the airport no later than 4 hours before departure.
  • 60 minutes—Go through security no later than 60 minutes before departure.
  • 45 minutes—Boarding starts 45 minutes before your flight, and gates close 20 minutes before departure.
