PURCHASE OF ONE (1) EXECUTIVE DOUBLE CABIN PICKUP

Description

Uganda National Airlines Company Limited has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of One (1) Executive Double Cabin Pickup 1. The Entity now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the above supplies. 2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act. 2003, and is open to all bidders. 3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at (7). 4. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Ag. Head of Procurement & Disposal Unit at the address below at (7) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= (Uganda shillings one hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be made to Uganda National Airlines Company Limited Account No. 0102015755600 Standard Chartered Bank, Speke Road Branch. 5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at (7) before 25th November 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 4,000,000/= (Uganda shillings Four million only). The Bid security shall be valid until Thursday 30th June 2022. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at (7) at 11:30 am Local time on 25th November 2021. 6.
